    Adding People


  • Go to Settings

  • Click on the + Green Button on the upper right that says "Add Employee"

  • Click Integrations and choose option Connect your Account

  • On the most bottom part, select which calendar to connect from the dropdown.

  • Under sync options choose the option Two Way

    From here you will see all the emal/sms campaigns that we are using

    Yes, you may. Just provide us with the deals/offers and we will modify the campaigns for you.



    We are using a Marketing Number that allows us to sync all incoming/outgoing SMS/Calls to MOVE. With this we can be able to monitor your patient growth and make sure that we are not missing any leads. This Marketing number is just a call forwarding number. Technically, all calls will be forwarded to your office number.



    The Marketing Number can be seen under Settings. Just click on Phone Numbers to see it.



    Yes, we can be able to manipulate the time and duration a lead gets to be texted after they signed in to our offer.



    Yes, we can. But know that, this messaging system is already proven effective. But if you want to modify some language, we can consider that too.
